How do I search your site?
Our site is designed to help you quickly find what you are looking for:

You can look through our entire selection of a specific group of items (ex. Desktop Radios) by clicking on the appropriate category in our SHOP menu. Just click on the "Whirlygig Store" logo above to begin.


Do you charge Sales Tax?
One of the unique advantages of shopping with Whirlygyg Store is that we do not charge for sales tax on any order because there is no Sales Tax in Oregon.


Can I get a replacement user manual?
If you need to replace a missing instruction manual for your product(s), please contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement booklet.

Whirlygig Store does not currently stock instruction manuals.


Do you have a catalog available?
Currently, Whirlygig Store does not have a printed catalog available. We are continually updating our product information to keep it as current as possible. Unfortunately, these changes would cause any printed catalog to be out of date as soon as it was printed.

We also feel that making the web site interactive makes Whirlygig Store more convenient and more interesting than a printed catalog.

We do accept phone orders and you can speak with a live customer service representative at our store in Cannon Beach, Oregon, by calling (800)414-8655 between 9 AM and 5 PM, Pacific time. Of course you can also order 24 hours a day, seven days a week over our secure server.


I had several items in my cart, but they disappeared. What happened?
For security reasons, this site uses a special cookie called a Session to store your shopping cart. If your page is inactive for more than 20 minutes, your Session will expire and your cart will be cleared.
